A typical day
14.30 welcome tea or coffee etc. + changing rooms
15.00 Start with a speech by a member of your company, followed by a speech from one of the players introductions, plan, stories etc. Explanation of the day's programme by your selected player
15.30 20 minute warm-up led by your chosen star
16.00 Start of the activity, tournaments, tennis courts etc.
19.00 Exhibition match between the players (length 30 to 45 mins)
20.30 Start of cocktail and buffet with the players present, individual photo session with the players and signing session
24.00 End of the day
